The software system is cloud based, modern and easy to use. We listened carefully to the requirements from several uses and consequently we made sure that in the design phase we made user experience a high priority. Resilience and up-time are also key factors. To ensure the best possible results, we use roaming sim cards that can pick the best data network for any given location and switch should the conditions change. Our Call Centre carries NSI GOLD Cat II Accreditation for Alarm Receiving Centre to BS5979. It is ISO / IEC 27001 certified.
