The Bluesky app is an mobile phone app that can be deployed in place of a hardware device.
The app is designed for everyone who performs activity without close or direct supervision of others: for example healthcare visitors, maintenance workers, lone workers or employees working out of standard working hours.
it utilises existing hardware, is simply to deploy and easy use.

The software system is cloud based, modern and easy to use. We listened carefully to the requirements from several uses and consequently we made sure that in the design phase we made user experience a high priority. Resilience and ``up-time`` are also key factors. To ensure the best possible results, we use roaming sim cards that can pick the best data network for any given location and switch should the conditions change.
Our Call Centre carries NSI GOLD Cat II Accreditation for Alarm Receiving Centre to BS5979. It is ISO / IEC 27001 certified.
