We are very aware that the system will require a degree of training. We have have tried to make it as user friendly and easy to live with whilst ensuring its potency and without losing any features.

On top of this we have intensively tested the whole system and run regular tests to ensure both the server and communications infrastructure are backed up and all contingencies are cared for.

The data communications network we use is a “roaming” platform, this means that the sim card can connect to any, usually the strongest, network available for the area giving us the best possible chance of data communications.
